Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD)

Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) is a new way of meeting the large and growing capital improvement needs of the nation’s aging public housing stock.

There are 50 units at the RAD property 1BR – 4BR that offers Section 8 assistance for qualified families. With a Section 8 voucher, the family pays the difference between the actual rent charged by the landlord and the amount subsidized by the program.
